Every drum has its own spirit and voice. More than just wood and hide, it is an energetic entity with infinite potential to be an instrument for spiritual connection, self enlightenment, community, healing, and growth. When you awaken to and honor the rhythm of the drum, you awaken to inner healing.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
• Create your own sacred hoop drum
• Journey to the spirit of the drum
• Learn to use, care for, and become one with the essence of your drum
• Honor the animals and plants used in the drum
Making your own drum commences a journey as you give birth to this instrument of Spirit. In keeping the tradition alive, you will travel the ancestors’ path of The Red Road.
